Digital Product & Refund Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
The Motherhood Brief sells digital resources delivered electronically. Please review the product description and this policy before purchasing.
Digital Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive access to the digital product you purchased through the delivery method described at checkout, on the confirmation page and/or in your purchase email. Unless a product is expressly identified as physical, no physical item will be shipped.
Before You Purchase
Please review the product title, description, contents, price and any stated requirements or limitations before completing your purchase. You are also responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate purchase information.
Refunds
All digital product sales are final. Because our paid resources can be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, we do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered or made accessible.
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
If you receive the wrong file, are charged more than once for the same transaction, cannot access the product because of a delivery or technical error, or believe there is another error with your order, please contact us. We will review the issue and work to provide the correct product or other appropriate resolution.
Purchase Confirmation
Where required, purchase details and confirmation information will be provided electronically. Please retain your confirmation email or receipt for your records.
Personal Use
A purchase provides the purchaser with a personal-use licence to the digital product unless otherwise stated. Purchased files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, shared with others or reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
